The “Bay Gardens” residential project consists of eight individual lots where Square One has designed a concept for a modern contemporary style of “Island Living”. The development includes custom designed Caribbean Style homes with all modern amenities for interested buyers and also eight Townhouses for rent or purchase. A commercial complex with offices, retail spaces and an “Island Style” Cafe will be part of Phase 2 of this project.
